You can usually roll up 60 minutes before showtime, but check your specific event page for exact timings as gate times are subject to change. 

For the safety and enjoyment of all guests, re-entry is not permitted. Please ensure you have everything you need before entering the venue.

Tickets are send directly to your email in a confirmation message immediately after purchase. Tickets can then be added to your phone or print at home to scanned electronically at the entrance.   Please bring a valid ID for verification.

All ticket sales are final. Tickets are non-refundable, and events proceed rain or shine.

Yes, we provide ADA parking near the entrance and also have accessible paths and restrooms. For additional assistance, contact Info@portcityreggae.com.

NO! Outside food and beverages are prohibited. A variety of local and regional food and beverage vendors are available inside. Come early to eat, drink, and find your spot!

A variety of food vendors are available, offering everything from local favorites to festival classics.

Waterline Brewing have a full bar that serves Cocktails, Beer, IPA, Wine on-site for guests aged 21+. Water refill stations are available, so bring an empty bottle to stay hydrated!

Security personnel are present for your safety. All bags are subject to search. Prohibited items will be confiscated. Cooperation is appreciated to ensure a smooth event experience.

Ample Free parking is provided at designated lots. Avoid parking in unauthorized areas. 

A selection of local and regional vendors is available. Check out unique merchandise, handcrafted goods, and more to enhance your experience.

Clean and accessible restrooms are located throughout the venue. Handwashing stations are provided for your convenience.
